**About the Role**
- We’re looking for a Digital Lead to join our growing team — someone who’s equal parts strategist, executor, and team player. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, guide creative direction, and work closely with our content and ads teams to drive measurable results for our clients.
- This role is perfect for a motivated marketer who’s ready to step into a leadership position within a fast-moving creative agency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Strategise and assign tasks to the creative/content team through project management tools.
- Track performance, analyse results, and continuously refine campaign strategies.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and creative best practices.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and the internal team.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
- Proven success managing high-budget, multi-platform campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social platforms, trends, and content strategy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communicator with leadership potential and a results-driven mindset.
