**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or NQF4.
- 4 - 6 years' experience working in a retail environment.
- Experience in agri-retail will serve as recommendation.
- Proven experience in working in medium to large teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Orientation towards marketing and client service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Daily check-ins with departments within the retail branch.
- Internal budget per sub-department and communication thereof.
- Reporting of deviations on agreed upon budgets.
- Stock control function and including merchandising, ordering and claims.
- Organising and facilitating product launches and promotions with suppliers.
- Solve and follow up on customer complaints on a timeous basis.
- Support the Branch Manager with promotional days, farmer days and other promotional opportunities.
