Your responsibilities will be:
1. Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.

2. Manage day to day business of your region while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management in your region.

3. Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving.

4.To ensure that all invoicing goes out timeously, deadlines are met and any queries revolving such invoices gets resolved, follow up on payments received from customers for a healthy cash flow in the organization and to ensure all invoices gets approve from the client.

5.Ensure that the Tribe goes out on time monthly and reach all relevant parties.

6.To implement and ensure that all training related material is distributed to employees

**Requirements**:

- Passed Grade 12 /NQF4
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Logistics or distribution environment
- Previous experience as a site manager
- Clear Criminal Record
- Computer Literate with good data Capturing Capabilities
- Excel proficient
- Highly proficient in English
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
- Payroll background
- Valid Driver’s License & Should have own transport

Contract length: 3 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nelspruit, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
