As a **Sales Representative** with our client, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while also ensuring client success post-sale. You will work closely with our **Customer Success Team** to ensure seamless handover and long-term client satisfaction.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** New Business Development (Primary)**: Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound strategies.
- ** Consultative Selling**: Understand client challenges and position the client as the problem-solving expert.
- ** Account Management**: Support existing customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.
- ** Sales Cycle Ownership**: Manage the end-to-end sales process - from first contact to deal closure.
- ** Collaboration with Customer Success**: Work closely with the CS team for smooth onboarding and long-term value delivery.
- ** CRM Management**: Use **HubSpot** (or other CRM tools) to track pipeline, customer interactions, and deal progress.
- ** Sales Strategy Contribution**: As part of a growing learning organization, your insights will help shape sales processes, pricing models, and product-market fit.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Sales experience in **B2B SaaS, data analytics, retail intelligence, or urban planning solutions** (experience level flexible - junior to senior).
- Strong **consultative sales skills** with the ability to identify client pain points and offer solutions.
- Fluent in **English & German** (proficient level required).
- Passionate about **data, urban intelligence, and transforming retail**.
- A **self-starter** who thrives in a **fast-paced, scale-up environment**.
- ** CRM experience** (**HubSpot preferred** but not required).
