**Sales and Client Engagement roles**

1. **CX Process Design Lead**
- **Overview**: Responsible for designing and optimising client experience processes to ensure a seamless journey for clients from introduction to offboarding. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to gather insights and data to enhance both digital and human touchpoints.
- **Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Tech; 3+ years in process design; experience in financial services preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in CRM software.

2. **Sales Development Representative**
- **Overview**: Focused on researching and cold-calling potential clients to generate interest in financial products. This role involves qualifying leads, managing CRM data, and ensuring a smooth handoff to senior funding specialists.
- **Requirements**: Relevant diploma or degree; outbound sales call centre experience.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, strong sales skills, positive attitude, and business acumen.

3. **Sales Executive**
- **Requirements**: Matric; Business Management Diploma advantageous; 3+ years in a sales environment.
- **Skills**: Strong performance drive, sales and closing skills, excellent verbal and written communication.
- All positions are full-time, based in Sandton, with a flexible work schedule.

**Three important areas to have**:
**Proven track record of performance**: A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets or performance metrics, showing persistence and results-driven attitude, is a requirement.

**Minimum years of experience required for each position**:

- **CX Process Design Lead**: Minimum of 3 years in process design or a related role.
- **Sales Development Representative**: Minimum of 1-2 years in outbound sales or call centre experience.
- **Sales Executive**: Minimum of 3 years in a sales environment, preferably with financial services or merchant services experience.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R80 000,00 per month
