A reputable Construction company is looking for an Administrator to join their team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Managing agenda and other company arrangements
- Managing phone calls and correspondence
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting colleagues when necessary
- 1 - 2 years experience in the Construction Industry - NB
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
