Our client in the **Water sector**, is currently looking for an **Administrator** to join their team in **Cape Town, Montagu Gardens.**
Experience working in the Water industry will be advantageous.
**Overall Job Description**
The Administrator will be responsible for managing the general office administrative duties. Punctuality, accuracy, and attention to detail are key attributes for this position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- All general office administrative functions.
- Taking clients calls.
- Capturing water orders.
- Manage operation and maintenance of office equipment such printers etc.
**Qualifications and experience requirements**:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Diploma or equivalent will be advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office and Excel).
- Basic accounting skills will be advantageous.
- Organized, neat and structured workflow approach.
- Bilingual
**Area**: Western Cape - Montagu Gardens
**Salary**:±R10 000 per month (depending on experience)
