Job description We are an international publishing and media sales agency looking for an experienced administrator to undertake a varied role with an emphasis on client account management, dealing with clients in Australia and New Zealand. Essential skills, behaviour and knowledge required: - Attention to detail and good organisational skills including the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working on numerous tasks - Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment - Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude - Reliable and honest - Professional - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) - Fully computer literate and strong knowledge of MS Office package - with a specific focus on Excel - Accounts management - Manage and administrate artwork process - liaising between the sales, clients and artwork teams to ensuring client’s advertisements are created in a timely and professional manner - Complete reports on Excel - Collate large volumes of data accurately and within tight deadlines - Manage filing system - Administration relating to order processing and the printing of our publication - Ad hoc administration duties as required 5:30am to 1:30pm Monday to Friday This is an OFFICE BASED role in Cape Town CBD, with an option in future to switch to a "hybrid" working arrangement. Salary range R12,500.00 to R17,000 depending on experience **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: R12 500,00 - R17 500,00 per month
