At Smoke CI, content marketing is all about understanding people and building awareness about how our products and services can satisfy needs. It is also about building and delivering a strategy that will support the sales goals. Reporting to head of client and marketing, working with the CEO and Head of Sales, the Content Marketing Manager will help us achieve our growth ambitions.
We are looking for passionate content marketing Manager who is hungry to produce great content across every medium, and be the face of Smoke CI.

**Responsibilities**:
Passionately craft copy and creative content for sales collateral, websites, blogs, webinars, videos, etc.
Plan, create, share and take ownership of valuable content to attract and convert prospects into customers, and customers into repeat buyers (pitch and partner collateral, website, etc.)
Be the face and voice of Smoke CI's content presence across multiple channels
Oversee the execution of the digital marketing strategy (digital, social and SEO Marketing)

Using marketing campaign analytics, gather insights to make data-driven decisions to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business or related field
Four+ years experience in content marketing
Proven experience with building and delivering marketing content that supports the sales strategy
Demonstrated passion for the science and art of content creation with a focus on the look, feel and overall production of every medium
Passionate about the world, the science and the art of content creation
Enthusiastic about personally improving their craft and possesses a desire to be the best in their field
Ability to understand buyer needs
Ability to creatively and consistently implement marketing plans innovation
Excellent messaging and product positioning skills
Comfortable with public engagements, and presenting across all mediums
Driven to support the sales strategy
Analytical skills to forecast, identify trends and challenges

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in engaging content creation
