As the Marketing & Content Manager, you’ll work closely with technical specialists to craft compelling narratives that resonate with CEOs, CFOs, and innovation leaders across key sectors. From blogs and brochures to campaigns and collateral, your content will directly influence awareness, trust, and new business wins.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a B2B marketing strategy focused on lead generation and brand visibilityOwn digital content across the website, blog, and social media platformsCreate engaging content that simplifies complex R&D tax topics for a senior audienceRun multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, webinars, and advertisingSupport business development with tailored RFP responses and client messagingProduce sales collateral, brochures, and thought leadership aligned with company positioningWhat You’ll Bring3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing or professional services marketingStrong content creation background, ideally with exposure to technical or financial topicsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExcellent writing, editing, and content storytelling abilitiesProven project management and campaign execution skillsProficiency in Adobe InDesign, WordPress or CMS platforms, and basic design toolsStrategic mindset with a data-informed, analytical approach to marketingNice to HaveExperience marketing within consulting, financial services, or tax industriesFamiliarity with incentive schemes, innovation funding, or R&D tax creditsKnowledge of SEO and content syndication strategiesWhat’s On OfferHigh-impact role with direct access to leadership and decision-makersGlobal exposure and cross-functional collaboration with legal, technical, and finance expertsCareer growth into senior leadership as the team expandsOpportunity to shape the marketing function of a growing international firmCompany CultureThis partner business fosters a culture of specialist knowledge, collaboration, and global impact.
