**Senior Sage 300 Consultant required in Johannesburg.**:
The Senior Sage 300 Functional Consultant drives full-spectrum consulting activities for Sage 300cloud (formerly Sage ERP Accpac). This involves problem identification, solution design, implementation, and deployment, adhering strictly to industry best practices and Sage’s proprietary methodology.

The consultant will serve as the primary technical and functional resource for clients, ensuring the implemented solution is scalable to support business growth and adheres to necessary local legislation.

**Salary**: R40 000 - R55 000 basic per month.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the full implementation and support lifecycle of Sage 300 ERP across core functions: design, configuration, testing, data conversion, training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, define project scope, and ensure that system implementation effectively supports mid-market financial management, operations, inventory, and sales processes.
- Provide meticulous consulting estimates and project scope documents to establish clear expectations and ensure project success.
- Monitor project costs and schedules in collaboration with company and client managers to maintain fiscal and timeline compliance.
- Ensure that implemented Sage 300cloud solutions utilize modern functionalities, including Web screens and robust Business Intelligence tools, actively guiding clients through necessary modernization efforts.

**Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**:

- Extensive experience (5+ years) implementing and supporting Sage 300 (Accpac) solutions.
- Proven familiarity with client business processes across different industries and the ability to gather complex operational requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to implement solutions supporting multiple companies, currencies, and languages.
- Critical Local Expertise: Mandatory experience ensuring financial reporting and system configuration meets relevant tax and compliance standards (e.g., VAT reporting).
- Effective problem-solving, project management abilities, and strong team leadership skills.
