**JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greets guests in a friendly, courteous manner
- Identify guest reservations needs
- Dealing with incoming enquiries regarding accommodation availability, room types, rates, etc.
- Process all reservation requests
- Dealing with pro-forma invoices and following-up on payment and vouchers.
- Check in and out of guests

Working hours / shifts (08:00 to 15:00 and 14:00 to 23:00)

Salary on offer between R7000.00 to R8000.00 per month
