**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Intermediary Excel along with experience with the creating of and process of proformas and sales orders (Pastel) or other accounting software essential
- Effective communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to be a solid back up to the sales department
- Financial experience to assist with costings and quotes
- Customer service driven, strong organisational skills ensuring completion of tasks
- Excellent administrative skills, high attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively

**DUTIES**
- Manage the communication from various platforms, between suppliers and clients responding timeously
- Managing the dispatch of the sales process accurately
- Planning of areas & routes to follow most efficiently
- Communicating with sales reps and clients directly regarding planning of deliveries
- Creating a schedule, higher level overviews to track availability for future deliveries
- Data capturing daily schedule liaising with driver overseeing effective routes to follow
- Tracking delivery & running costs of vehicles, maintaining tracker records/kms travelled
- Process purchase orders
- Manage filing and maintaining databases, updating spreadsheets
- Open Sales files, creating customer cover sheets
- Prep and Tracking of stock reservation sheets
- Assisting the sales teams with their projects and attending to sales directly at times
- Samples tracking relating to suppliers & updating data sheets
- Facilitate sample returns from customers, either storage or returned to suppliers
- Manage storeroom and sample racks replenishment
- Naming and coding of new products, maintaining the product data sheets
- Sourcing products required, liaise with suppliers and manage costings
- Check stock availability and that costing is accurate
- General administration duties to run the operation and office effectively

**Salary**: R15 R17000, dependent on experience
