We are looking to bring on an experienced **Implementation & Automation Lead** to play a key role in scaling our operations and improving how we deliver value to clients.

This is a hands-on, senior role suited to someone with a strong background in **software implementation, system integrations, automation, and project delivery** within a fast-moving IT or SaaS environment.

You will work closely with leadership, clients, and internal implementers to ensure smooth onboarding, efficient workflows, and high-quality delivery across all projects.

**About Us**

We specialise in **demand generation and conversation-led sales enablement** using **Respond.io**, an omnichannel communication and automation platform.

Our work focuses on:

- Setting up and managing Respond.io environments
- Building AI chat agents for inbound Click-to-Chat (CTC) campaigns (WhatsApp and other channels)
- Designing automation workflows for lead qualification, re-engagement, and remarketing
- Running and optimising performance-driven CTC ad campaigns
- Improving lead quality so sales teams only engage with sales-ready conversations

We help clients turn inbound interest into **structured, high-quality sales opportunities**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage client implementations on Respond.io
- Design and optimise automation workflows and system integrations
- Work with APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests, and third-party platforms
- Oversee and coordinate a team of implementers
- Create and refine internal delivery processes and SOPs
- Support clients during onboarding, go-live, and ongoing optimisation
- Act as a technical and operational bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
- Proven experience in **software or IT services project management**:

- Strong understanding of:

- APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests
- System integrations and automation logic
- Experience building and managing workflows (low-code/no-code platforms a plus)
- Comfortable learning new platforms quickly and supporting client implementations
- Experience leading or coordinating technical or implementation teams
- Process-driven, organised, and delivery-focused
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-managed and comfortable working in a remote, fast-growing environment
