**What you will do**:
**Product Strategy & Vision**:

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
- C onduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Define key success metrics and monitor product performance.

**Product Development**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to create detailed product specifications.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the product team.
- Ensure alignment of business goals with product goals.
- Provide regular updates to executives and other stakeholders.

**Customer-Centric Approach**
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
- Conduct user testing to validate product features and functionality.
- Advocate for the end-user experience.

**M**arket & Competitive Analysis**
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Use insights to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 + years of experience in product management or related roles in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management software.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or Google Analytics).
