Exciting opportunity for a digital marketing specialist and Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Website Design and Development - coordinate the design and functionality of a company website.

Responsible for the company's:

- Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies
- Content Strategy - responsible for all website content and for creating and implementing the content strategy to ensure online objectives are met.
- SEO and SEM - ensure that the website is easily found by the target audience and increase traffic to our sites. Optimise website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM)
- E-Commerce - convert website visits into online sales.
- Social Networking - Manage the online presence and brand of a company. Manage social networking tools such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+ and engage with their consumers in real-time
- Conduct research as required by the sales team
- Seek distribution partnerships

Project Management responsibilities:
Project manager:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- work with the other departments to perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma; certificate in digital Marketing
- Diplioma or certificate in Project management advantageous
- A minimum of two years of experience in online marketing
- Google Adwords and Analytics Certifications are a plus
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills a must
- Excellent eye for details
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent English skills, both written and oral
- Entrepreneurial spirit

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R12,000.00 per month
