**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our solar inverter products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients in South Africa.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and participate in tender processes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis; report insights to the Chinese head office.
- Coordinate internally with technical, logistics, and after-sales support teams for successful project execution.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales; solar/renewable energy industry background is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the South African renewable energy market is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with Chinese managers; cross-cultural communication skills are preferred.
