**Job Purpose**
- Support the development and implementation of innovative programmes and strategies designed to enhance the sales and service delivery capability. The incumbent will deliver on effective strategy development of prioritised sales and service capabilities and initiatives thereof.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and implement sales and service capability strategy
- Establish prioritised backlog of sales and service capability design initiatives to support in the interaction with clients at each stage of the client’s journey (Staff-assisted)
- Design priority capabilities that will drive business value i.e. improve sales effectiveness and service quality and increase client experience competitiveness
- Support a ‘Digital First’ strategy for sales and service capability design
- Support the required change intervention to deliver on the sales and service capability design and implementation
- Define the best-in-class customer satisfaction as capabilities are defined
- Leverage data insights including client feedback to ensure robust sales and service capability design
- Use existing resources (systems, time, people) in innovative ways by reviewing and enhancing business work methods to improve efficiencies by focussing on standardisation and automation
- Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank.
- Ensure alignment to group objectives by establishing and driving the long term strategy for the division.
- Realise division strategy by driving the realisation and executing the divisional strategy and action plan.
- Ensure the continuous alignment of divisional strategy by monitoring; controlling and aligning strategy realisation.
- Ensure alignment to Group planning and definition requirements by establishing standardised frameworks.
- Improve efficiency by providing management information; system improvements and standardised procedures.
- Realise sustainable strategic intent and provide insight into the organisation by driving effective and efficient service or product delivery.
- Achieve quality and cost competitiveness which is made transparent to the client by providing structured services which are benchmarked to the industry.
- Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management.
- Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe.
- Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.
- Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhanced processes (e.g. operational processes) that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations.
- Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc).
- Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (e.g. Green Strategy).
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree

- Relevant business-related e.g. Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science
- Minimum Experience Level- **Total number of years’ experience**:T 4 - 6 years
