Role Description
As a Customer Service Agent specializing in Influencer Support at Keen, your mission is to provide top-tier customer service to a diverse portfolio of influencers. You will be responsible for assisting influencers with inquiries, ensuring they are well-informed and supported in their campaigns. Your role is essential in fostering strong relationships with influencers, handling their requests, and resolving any issues they may face. If you're passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and helping people succeed, this may be the perfect role for you
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive support by answering questions regarding campaigns, products, and brand partnerships.
- Troubleshoot issues the influencers may encounter, ensuring a smooth experience with our services.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide frequent updates and insights regarding influencer performance and feedback.
- Engage proactively with influencers to build long-lasting relationships and encourage their success.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current marketing strategies, trends, and influencer programs.
- Record and track interactions with influencers to streamline support processes and improve service offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service, preferably within an agency or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software or customer support tools is preferred.
- A passion for social media and the influencer landscape is highly beneficial.

This is a full-time position designed to support customers based in the US, so flexibility in hours is required.
The role is in-office, based at our office in Foreshore, Cape Town. The ability to commute to and from the office in Foreshore is required.
