**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Curriculum Development**: Design, update, and enhance course content in line with industry trends.

**Student Mentorship**: Guide and support students in academic and professional growth.
**Assessment & Evaluation**: Prepare and assess assignments, exams, and practical projects.
**Industry Engagement**: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance learning delivery.
**Research & Development**: Engage in research activities to contribute to the institute’s knowledge base.

**Minimum Requirements**

**Qualification**: Honors Degree or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A PhD is an advantage.
**Experience**: Minimum **3-5 years** of lecturing or industry experience in IT.
**Skills**: Expertise in **programming, cybersecurity, cloud computing, AI, data science, or networking.**
**Certifications**: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA) are advantageous.
**Teaching Skills**: Strong pedagogical abilities and experience in curriculum development.
**Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with **learning management systems (LMS), online teaching tools, and hybrid learning environments.**
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
