**Job Title**: Facilitator - Human Resources

**Responsibilities**: Facilitate and Assess the program on a full time or part time basis. Monitor learner attendance, provide weekly reports and monitor and populate learner results.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum qualification: Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of lecturing/training experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Assessor registration with SABPP or Services Seta is an advantage.

**Remuneration**:
Market-related remuneration package offered.
