**Responsibilities**: Facilitate and Assess the 1 year program on a full time basis. Monitor learner attendance, provide weekly reports and monitor and populate learner results.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of lecturing/training experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent knowledge of management and administration principles and practices.
- Assessor registration with Services Seta.
**Remuneration**:
Market-related remuneration package offered.
