**Customer Relations Consultant**

**Job Purpose**

CRM staff must be pleasant, a good listener and even-tempered. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when students are frustrated and have experience working with people.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards students at all times.
- Respond promptly to student enquiries.
- Communicate with students through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve student complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues in the college environment.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with students.
- Meeting with faculty HOD’s to plan strategically and draft communication.
- A team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Qualification/Experience**
- Matric or a post graduate qualification preferred.
- Proficient in using communication tools, e.g., WhatsApp.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a customer care environment.
