As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the voice of our brand-resolving queries, handling complaints, and providing top-notch support to our valued customers. Your mission? To go the extra mile and ensure every customer experience is a positive one.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Resolve service issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships through open, honest communication
- Collaborate with your manager to continually improve service standards
- Persuade and retain customers considering cancellation
- Represent the company as a reliable, trusted first point of contact

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Minimum 12 months of prior customer care/customer service experience within a call centre environment preferable
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong listening skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A positive, energetic, and customer-centric attitude
- Clear Criminal Record

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00
