**Main duties & responsibilities**: - Financial Adviser support and service_ 1. Build strong working, personalised business relationships with financial advisers, key individuals and their practice 2. Establish and enhance best practices to support the financial adviser and their practice 3. Identify opportunities to present PPS products that are relevant to their client base 4. Partner with the Investment Specialist to identify a sustainable Sales strategy tailored to the financial adviser(s) 5. Monitor flows for upselling and retention opportunities. 6. Handle all queries and/or complaints (telephonic /written /social media) and resolve issues to completion in a timely manner 8. Working across organisational boundaries to obtain outstanding information and clarify instructions received to enhance their experience 9. Proactively identify potential problems that will strain the business relationship with the financial adviser or their clients. 10. Address any real time problems regarding service issues and enquiries to resolve them swiftly. 11. Responsible for managing reputational risk ensuring compliance with regulatory requirement, procedures, service standards and complaints 12. Promotion of PPS Investments technology offering and responsible for an adoption rate >95% 13. Remain updated and informed on legislative and industry changes 15. Meet with the Financial Adviser regularly to align strategic objectives of the Niche offering to their business - Reporting and investigating_ 16. Identifying and resolving any delays to investing client funds. 17. Daily, weekly and monthly flows reporting 18. Tracking cases issued and assist with incident corrections 19. Causal and trend analysis 20. Conduct forums to give feedback on trends 21. Identify efficiencies, recommend changes and enhancements, drive implementation, and monitor success thereof **Ideal experience**: 1. 2-3 years’ experience within financial services industry; investments /LISP/ Asset Management environment 2. Knowledge on FICA/FAIS and FATCA legislation requirements and TCF outcomes 3. Knowledge and experience in client services / contact centre environments / client relationship management / client correspondence / MIS and reporting advantageous **Ideal qualifications**: 1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce related field essential 2. CFP or studying towards one would be an advantage **Competencies & Ideal Personality Attributes**: 1. Client Centricity 2.
