Our business is expanding and we require a skilled **Sales Coach** for our sales floor. This individual will be responsible for improving sales performance within the **telecommunications sector** by delivering innovative coaching solutions for gaps identified in employee’s knowledge and skills. The role will support floor management (Sales Managers and Team leaders) to improve productivity and performance whilst driving and implementing key initiatives on the sales floor.

The incumbent must have good interpersonal skills to engage with all stakeholders as well as the ability to interpret performance metrics and utilize available dashboards and reporting to identify poor performance.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Performance management: Measure & monitor the performance of Sales agents in the division in real-time & identify areas of improvement
- Team development through coaching and motivation to drive high-performance and positive agent behavior
- Develop proficiency in the various sales systems to identify efficiencies and implement process improvements whilst ensuring alignment with training
- In conjunction with relevant stakeholders, drive key strategic and tactical initiatives on the sales floor

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Matric or NQF level equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least **2 years telesales management / sales coaching or training experience** within a **telecommunications call center environment required
