Job Title: Guest House Manager

Location: Phalaborwa

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of guest house operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Utilize NightsBridge to maintain an organized and efficient booking system.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and enforce guest house policies to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to uphold quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide guests with relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in guest house or hospitality management.
- Familiarity with NightsBridge or similar reservation systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Guest House Manager: 4 years (required)
