**Type**: Full-Time (Shift Work - 24-hour rotation)

**About the Role**

Bothabelo Bed and Breakfast — one of Phalaborwa’s most trusted guesthouses — is hiring **Receptionists / Night Auditors** to join our 24-hour front desk team.
We are building a modern, professional, and secure hospitality environment, and we need reliable, detail-oriented people to help us deliver excellent guest service around the clock.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and record all guest information accurately
- Process payments using the speed point and issue receipts immediately
- Keep track of walk-in guests and payments to prevent errors or losses
- Communicate with housekeeping and management teams
- Monitor property access and report any unusual activity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready reception area
- Perform nightly cash balancing and record keeping

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Experience in **hospitality, reception, or customer service** preferred
- Fluent in **English** (additional languages an advantage)
- **Honest, reliable, and well-presented**:

- Confident using **speed point / POS systems**:

- Willing to work **night, weekend, and public holiday shifts**:
**Working Hours**
- Rotational shifts:

- **Morning**: 06h00-14h00
- **Afternoon**: 14h00-22h00
- **Night**: 22h00-06h00
