- ROLE DESCRIPTION
- The Consultant role is a hub of capacity, dynamic ideas and “making stuff happen” in our business every day
- They are proactive in managing their own work, utilisation and role on projects and in the organisation. They speak up, shape their roles, and use any free time to further their own growth & learning.
- What the job entails:

- Working broadly across the Commercial Growth Strategy and offer market entry, channel strategy, go-to-market and category & portfolio strategy.
- Venturing into Brand Growth Strategy for broadening skills as required by project capacity
- Gain expertise in quantitative analysis and methodology as well as both Sales & Commercial marketing disciplines
- Capabilities:

- Quantitative research and/or commercial sales & marketing
- Demonstrate capability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and find strategic patterns
- Understand P&L dynamics of growth and think commercially about brands, consumers, demand and business.
- Have aptitude in quantifying & understanding the numbers, nature and pathways of growth.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Dynamic sales and marketing professionals with 2-4 years’ relevant experience.
- Interesting thinkers with diverse skills and a strong point of view.
- Growthfinder specialists who focus particularly on quantitative analysis and master the Growthfinder methodology to deliver Category & Portfolio Strategy.
- Interest and knowledge of market dynamics of demand.
- Analytical, logical, good with numbers and be able to manage complex and unfamiliar data sources
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in retail, trade marketing, sales and/or qualitative research and/or commercial marketing.

- The role is based in our Johannesburg offices, located in an inspiring building in Bryanston with a great outdoors area offering you space to breathe and easy drive to a number of shopping centres - a few minutes drive from Sandton. Alternative location at our Cape Town offices is a second option (Jhb preferred). We embrace a hybrid flexible way of working, valuing both high accountability and personal flexibility - we usually work together in the office a few days each week while allowing up to 3 days flexible working from home based on individual preferences.
