Contact Centre Manager- Customer Service

Our client has an opportunity available for a Contact Centre Manager in the Customer Service department.
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Degree or Diploma in Commerce or Human Science would be advantageous.
- 3 years’ experience in dealing with financial service and retail products.
- 3 years management experience in a medium to large size contact centre.
- 2 years’ experience in complaints management would be advantageous.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily client relationships through the extension of agents and team leader performance.
- Contribute to partner business reviews and insights where applicable.
- Initiate practices to further strengthen existing expertise when it pertains to knowledge of RCS product, partners, policies and procedures.
- Develop outstanding working relationships with internal and external customers, governing and regulatory bodies through professionalism and communication.
- Responsible for the review and improvement of methods or procedures of managing daily client relationships.
- Learn from both positive and negative experiences and adapts behaviour accordingly.
