**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Broader Marketing team**
- Conduct market research and gather competitor information.
- Maintain marketing supplier databases.
- Ensure Coronation playbooks are updated.
- Provide administrative support for marketing, incl. but not limited to, meeting management, calendars, travel arrangements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the marketing team.

**Support to Brand and CSI**
- Assist with projects and campaigns, ensuring delegated tasks are completed on time. Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and on-site support.
- Provide support to branding and collateral development.
- Source and procure branded promotional material for events and internal staff activations

**Overall**
- Marketing administration
- Marketing collateral
- Digital assistance, including website.
- Communications assistance
- Event assistance

**Ideal Experience**:

- Working experience in a role where you are in a support function to a team, with a strong track record of project management, coordination and administrative duties will set you apart.

**Ideal Qualifications**:

- A completed Matric certificate is required.
- Any additional qualifications will be considered an advantage.
