- Internal auditing and compliance review:
- Preparation of internal audit programme/plan
- Internal audit completed as per audit plan
- Follow-up Audit
- Compliance audits
- Drafting audit reports
- Combined assurance audit
- Special investigations (Fraud investigations/Tip-Offs etc)- Fraud awareness:
- Distribute the fraud awareness assessment to FMs and Operational Managers annually.
- Consolidate fraud awareness assessments results.
- Provide training on fraud awareness.
- Risk Management:
- Audit of risk assessment/plans
- Maintenance of risk management system
- Auditing risk controls
- Risk workshops & training**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications / Experience- B Comm.
- 3 - 5 years Accounting/Auditing Experience.
- Knowledge of internal auditing methodologies and related standards (Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of Conduct)
- IFRS knowledge would be beneficial
- Understanding of code of ethics of Internal Auditors
- Knowledge of corporate governance codes
