We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Network and VoIP Administrator Assistant. You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Network and VoIP Administrator in managing the network and VoIP infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the company's business requirements, and implementing new processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
Processes and Procedures
- Assist in mapping existing processes within the Network & VoIP vertical
- Conduct a gap analysis on existing/current processes and procedures defined
- Design, develop and implement processes/procedures that are in line with business requirements
- Revise and update processes/procedures with amendments where necessary
- Measure the execution of processes through reporting

Project Management
- Assist in planning and defining scope with PMO /PM collaboration
- Activity planning and sequencing, resource planning, developing schedules, time estimating, cost estimating, developing a budget, documentation, creating timelines, risk analysis, managing risks and issues, monitoring and reporting progress
- Manage resources between projects and operations
- Provide regular status updates to relevant parties

Vendor Management
- Assist in vendor management, relationship management, SLA, and communications
- Identify potential vendors and conduct due diligence to determine the most effective vendor or service provider offerings
- Document issues and define resolutions
- Constantly identify new vendors and onboard them for optimal rates and services
- Manage the payment schedule and relevant approvals
- Escalate issues to relevant parties (internal and external)

Support SLA
- Ensure all tickets and incidents are logged
- Meet set SLAs for response time and open time
- Escalate tickets and incidents as per process and policy

Network Administration
- Measure and adjust the performance of the various networks
- Make sure best practices are applied to the network stack and design
- Configure and manage the full networking stack, including physical links and hardware, IP services (IP, DNS, VPN, etc.)
- Optimize network for best fit operation
- Implement redundant links at retail stores
- Design and implement resilience or H/A on all networks where possible

Telephony Administration
- Measure and adjust the performance of the various telephony services
- Make sure best practices are applied to the telephony services and peripherals
- Configure and manage Euphoria, provide escalation support to support associates
- Provide ongoing reporting on telephony KPIs
- Conduct capacity planning and setup new sites in a cost and performance-effective way

Personal Development
- Enroll in and successfully complete relevant courses
- Attend at least one relevant training course and certification for further Converged Communication upskilling

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in network administration and support
- Strong technical knowledge of network and VoIP infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP is an advantage
