**Job Description**:
Reconciliations

Debt Collecting

Investigation of unidentified and unallocated revenue

Constant engagement with clients

Distribution of statements & invoices

Investigation and assist with account & client disputes

Manage cost savings within WCS project analysis

Processing of Credit Notes

Financial support to Lab administrators

Assist with adhoc financial queries

Travel Booking Backup

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Matric/Grade 12 with either Mathematics, Accounting, Economics and/or Business Economics/Administration
- Tertiary Qualification would be an advantage

**Experience**
- 1 - 2 years’ financial assistant and debt collection experience.

**Competencies**
- Above-average IT skills
- Very good organizational skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in any other languages an advantage
- Knowledge of Account receivables

Additional Information
**Education**
