As an **IT Administrator at ClearSource**, you’ll play a critical role in **technical support**, **infrastructure maintenance**, and **user experience improvement** across the organization.

**What You Will Do as an IT Administrator**
- ** Provide remote service desk support** to all offices and users
- Serve as the **first point of contact** for technical assistance via phone or ticketing system
- ** Log, analyze, and resolve** incoming support tickets
- Walk users through the **problem-solving process** with patience and clarity
- ** Escalate unresolved issues** to higher-tier support teams when necessary
- Manage **user setup** including:

- ** Active Directory accounts**:

- ** Group membership modifications**
- Configure and deploy **laptops, desktops, and mobile devices**:

- ** Maintain and track IT equipment inventory**:

- ** Diagnose network connectivity issues** and coordinate with appropriate teams
- Update and maintain internal **IT documentation, knowledge bases, and playbooks**:

- ** Notify teams of system outages** or disruptions and provide status updates
- ** Collaborate** with peers and departments to ensure seamless technical support
- Participate in **continuous improvement** of IT processes and tools

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Bachelor’s degree** in computer science, IT, or a related field
- ** 2+ years** of experience as an **IT Administrator** or similar technical support role
- Proficiency in **Windows, macOS, and Linux** systems
- Familiarity with **networking concepts**:

- ** IP configurations**:

- ** DNS, DHCP, VPN setup**
- Hands-on experience with:

- ** Laptop/desktop/mobile device setup**:

- ** Inventory and hardware maintenance**
- Strong knowledge of:

- ** Microsoft Office 365** and productivity tools
- ** Remote desktop tools** (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- ** Ticketing systems** (e.g., **ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk**)
- Ability to **communicate clearly with non-technical users**:

- Excellent **troubleshooting**, **analytical**, and **problem-solving skills**:

- ** Willingness to work across time zones** and handle remote support
- ** Reliable internet connection** and backup power source
