Finished Goods Team Leader

**Location: Atlantis**

The Finished Goods Team Leader needs to ensure that finished goods are received, placed in inventory maintaining FIFO principles, and that finished goods are picked and staged according to customer requirements and dispatched in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**

**KPA 1: Food Safety Compliance**
- Ensure Food Safety compliance with regards to the identification, storage, and traceability of our finished goods
- Timeously complete all food safety documentation and records
- Actively participate in fire prevention
- Become familiar with the relevant sections of our Food Safety System (BRC)

**KPA 2: Warehouse duties**
- Manage and implement the Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure that pickings are done correctly
- Dispatch orders on time
- Supply accurate stock counts
- Keep control of expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation
- Keep control of shrinkage
- Housekeeping in the Warehouse
- Receive and store Finished Goods
- Manage and guide picker and loaders
- Substitute for shipping and receiving controller to receive and dispatch of Raws, Packs and other items

**Requirements of the Role**:

- You need to have a Matric certificate
- Previous similar experience in a team leader position
- Strong working Finished Goods knowledge

**Required Skills/Competencies for this role**:

- Good verbal and written skills.
- High levels of personal discipline.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Trustworthy
- Able to handle work pressure

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Atlantis, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Finished Goods: 2 years (preferred)
