**We are looking for a Store Manager who is a highly energetic, enthusiastic individual who is serious about customer service, business minded and thrives on making that sale with at least 2 years store management experience.**

**The successful applicant must be comfortable with working in a fast paced environment that is results-oriented and where performance is tied to turnover goals.**

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Promoting and managing turnover.
- Managing the store budget.
- Ensuring administration and control procedures are adhered to.
- Have a good head for figures and administration.
- Managing aspects related to staffing.
- Have a strong business orientation
- Have an interest in retail and sales
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be computer literate and have some administrative or bookkeeping experience.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Be available to work shifts

**Requirements**:

- Retail Experience (essential)
- 2-3 years management experience
- A strong customer service orientation.
- Have a strong business orientation
- A good administrative orientation.
- Experience in managing a team.
- A keen interest in retail and sales/selling.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good leadership skills
- Good planning & organising skills
