Trafalgar Property Management is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Residential Leasing Administrator to join our esteemed team in Cape Town.

As a Residential Leasing Administrator, you will be entrusted with managing all facets of the leasing process, guaranteeing seamless operations and exceptional service for both potential and existing residents. This pivotal role encompasses administrative duties, superior customer service, and effective coordination with various departments to sustain high occupancy rates and ensure resident satisfaction.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Promote available units with updated photos across all social media platforms.
- Create pamphlets and distribute them to agents for further dissemination.
- Assist agents in arranging property viewings for potential tenants.
- Address and resolve queries related to leasing and rentals.
- Inform successful applicants and provide them with a billing schedule upon approval.
- Open new accounts once funds are received and ensure the lease agreement is signed by the agent.
- Remove property ads once all necessary documents and funds are received.
- Maintain and update the weekly spreadsheet with current leasing information.
- Provide general assistance within the department as needed.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate).
- Proficient in written and spoken communication in at least two languages.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with the Residential Letting Act and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
