**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Assist employees in navigating Operational Requirements (OR) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support employees with disabilities by managing reasonable accommodation requests and ensuring they are supported throughout their employment journey.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on HR policies, procedures, disability-related accommodations, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, specifically regarding disability management and rehabilitation processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labour laws, particularly regarding disability and equal employment opportunities.
- Keep abreast of retail industry trends and best practices in HR management, including developments in disability and OR practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, disability management, and labour laws, including Operational Requirements (OR) processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
