Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to perform and coordinate Human Resource practices and activities, including recruitment, probation management, and more. This role is responsible for executing HR people practices, processes, and policies to provide an effective and efficient Human Resources function across all divisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Oversee probation management and employee performance evaluations.
- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour legislation.
- Provide support in employee relations, training, and development.
- Analyse HR data to make informed business decisions.
- Manage HR projects with a focus on prioritization and multitasking.
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12.
- National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
- Strong business acumen with analytical skills.
- Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with an entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for learning.
- 3-5 years of operational experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, employee relations).
Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
