A well-established law firm is looking for a “Public Relations Officer” to join their team on a full-time permanent basis for their offices in Cape Town, CBD.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Client Liaison Officer, preferably within the legal or property sector
- Own vehicle and used to visit / travel to clientele
- Drive and enlarge the Business area within the general Cape Town, West Coast, Helderberg, Winelands region and surrounds
- Full bilingual proficiency.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Generate leads and business (this is a sales-driven position)
- Meeting agreed-upon monthly targets
- Building relations with potential clients (mostly Estate Agents) - meet and greet
- Organise client events
- Attend client functions
- Have a great relationship with the Conveyancing Secretaries (e.g. meet with Transfer Secretaries to discuss and to sort out any problematic cases)
- Ensure that weekly and monthly client visitation appointments are set
- Ensure that all set appointments have been attended to on time
- Attend to set and agreed upon performance meetings with the Conveyancer/Director
- Ensure that training is provided to our clients where necessary.

**Skills Required**:

- Building positive relationships with existing and new Clients
- Must be driven and result-orientated
- Must be able to work independently
- Self-starter
- Very motivated
- Good problem-solving skills, communication skills and must have had previous experience in Acquiring Clients, handling Clients and Client Services;
- Only open to South African citizens.
