**What You’ll Do:1. Leadership & Strategy**

**2. Branding & Content**
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Oversee graphic design and video content creation.

**3. Digital & Performance Marketing**
- Manage **SEO, website optimization, and online advertising** (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Oversee **social media growth and engagement** (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp groups).

**4. Public Relations & Events**
- Develop PR strategies to position our brand as a leader in real estate.
- Organize networking events, webinars, and investor meetups.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and key industry players.

**5. Data & Analytics**
- Track and analyze campaign performance, lead conversions, and marketing ROI.
- Optimize CRM workflows and marketing automation for better efficiency.

**6. Partnerships & Community Growth**
- Build strategic partnerships with affiliates, investors, and industry influencers.
- Manage **neighborhood-focused WhatsApp & Facebook groups** to create engaged communities.

**Who You Are**:
Proven experience in **real estate marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy**.
Hands-on experience in **SEO, PPC, CRM, content marketing, and PR**.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to **manage multiple projects and drive results**.
Creative thinker who can turn ideas into engaging campaigns.
