**What you have done before**:
MINIMUM
NQF Level 6 (Diploma in HR/ Business or equivalent)
5 years experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
Experience in competency based interview techniques
Knowledge and understanding of relevant Legislations and Acts (BCEA/ LRA/ EEA)

Experience working with Success Factors

**What you will be doing**:

- TALENT ACQUISITION- Conduct role briefing and discuss benchmark internal/external profiles and assessment criteria with hiring manager
- Actively source talent using internal talent data and external channels and targeted attraction activities
- Review CVs based on agreed assessment criteria and screen according to minimum requirements

TALENT ACQUISITION INITIATIVES SUPPORT- Support and deliver talent acquisition initiatives as agreed with TA Manager and HR Business Partner
- Co-create and collaborate with COE’s and relevant stakeholders in development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies that will result to attraction of diverse and multiskilled workforce

STRATEGIC SOURCING- Ensure alignment, delivery of agreed sourcing & attraction strategies and critical hiring initiatives as part of Strategic Sourcing deliverables.

RISK MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE- Manage potential risks that might give rise to ER/IR exposure by identifying, pre-empting and mitigating high risk situations by ensuring compliance to recruitment processes at all times.
- Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across the organization
- Work within approved LOA's in terms of recruitment budget

BRAND SUPPORT & AWARENESS- Influence the selection of the right people from the internal and external market, leveraging our employer brand in a compelling way

REPORTING & ANALYTICS- Provide analytics and reporting related to attraction activities and highlight trends and recommendations
- Effectively analyse system generated data for insights on (talent, reward, performance) and assimilate data and information from a range of sources to inform business insights and decisions

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & COACHING- Act as a point of contact for tactical issues that arise during the process and escalate when needed
- Interact and support key stakeholders within the business to ensure a deep awareness of the 'pulse' of the organisation
