**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Quality Manager** to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing and enhancing quality control processes and systems, ensuring that we are in a position to be compliant with ISO standards, and leading a high-performing team to achieve and exceed operational targets. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and is driven to create, innovate, improve, and implement efficient quality control processes, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the quality function across multiple factories and processes.
- Develop, implement, and improve quality control systems to enhance efficiency and ensure top-tier product quality.
- Collaborate with production managers and key internal stakeholders on all QC touchpoints within the production space.
- Assess current processes and recommend changes that would be required to comply with ISO standards and introduce audit processes aligned to ISO requirements.
- Play a lead role in driving an ISO certification process.
- Identify quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure consistency across departments.
- Mentor and train the quality control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Analyse data to identify trends and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guarantee that products meet both local and international quality standards to support our export and distribution goals.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Proven experience in quality control management within manufacturing - overlanding industry experience is advantageous
- Expertise in ISO standards and audit processes.
- A track record of improving and implementing efficient quality processes.
- A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent collaborative problem-solving abilities, with a knack for thriving under pressure.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- A practical, methodical, and inclusive approach in finding solutions
- The ability to work as a team player
