**Job Advert Summary**:
We are looking for an **Inventory Controller** to manage stock control at the Factory Shop. Duties include inbound & outbound of stock, daily stock checks, Syspro capturing, expiry date control, stock rotation (chilled focus), displays, waste management, ordering, supplier communication, and assisting with shop oversight when the Shift Supervisor is absent. The role involves working in freezer/chilled environments, handling boxes and pallet jacks, and operating a forklift.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Minimum of 3 years' inventory experience
- Computer skills
- Good health
- Forklift licence

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Stock rotation and reporting - especially focus on chilled products
- Stock check, invoices check and capturing on Syspro
- Customer service
- Oversee the shop when the Shift Supervisor is not present
- Ordering of stock
- Communication with suppliers
- Procurement
- Admin functions
- Be able to solve problems by reference to established procedures
- Detailed verbal instructions or requests for execution
- Detailed written procedures execution
- Basic explanation of products or services to customers or clients
- Expected to come up with suggestions on improved practices
- Allocation of work to employees (6-10 staff)
- Physical effort - pallet jack handling & handling of boxes
