You will assist our Human Capital department in maintaining the CRM database and keeping in touch with both current clients and fresh leads.

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting regular, in-depth analyses of our company's policies and processes to

ascertain strengths and shortcomings.
- Analysing and reformulating existing and promising business contracts to maximize

turnover.
- Scrutinizing the market to clarify the clients' needs, competitors' activities, and promising

avenues that have not yet been explored.
- Inspecting company finances to identify trends and set reasonable targets.
- Drawing up short and long-term, actionable plans in consultation with the MANCO.
- Communicating strategies with staff to obtain their buy-in.
- Training staff in appropriate techniques to support the utility of business strategies.
- Reviewing the business’s progress using standardised metrics.
- Compiling detailed reports that capture successes and opportunities.
- Oversee the implementation of different contracts.
- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Create and present a detailed report for the MANCO.

**Requirements**:

- Previous working experience as a Business Development Consultant for a minimum of 2

years preferably in the recruitment / HR field
- Own laptop is essential
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- A proven track record of providing actionable solutions
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver

**Remuneration**: Baseline salary of between R15 000 and R17 500 per month with commission component.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R17,500.00 per month
