**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Represents and sells the organisation’s products and/services to customers by visiting and obtaining orders and ensure growth in market share

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Computer literate
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Proficiency English
- Clear Criminal Record
- Traceable track reference in similar capacity
- Valid Driver License

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Visit clients on a weekly basis and take orders
- Planning of weekly visits to clients and reporting thereof to management to ensure regular contact visits
- Ensure service delivery to customers are on a high standard to ensure growth in market share
- Meet targets as per budget for sales team as set by management
- Weekly reporting of financial performance to management
- Facilitate and solving of queries and complaints and escalate unresolved issues as a matter of urgency
- Solicit new clients on an ongoing basis.
- Disseminate marketing material, advertisements and business notices on an ongoing basis
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers
- Ensure the vehicle is in a good working condition by completing a daily checklist and communicating any deviations to the relevant person including planned maintenance
