The Global Nielsen Media Client Service & Sales team provides modern and effective services that meet client needs quicker, while giving Nielsen more control over how we service our clients. **ROLE DETAILS**:

- Manage the implementation and Expansion of Arianna, Clear Decisions and Adintel products in
- South Africa
- Build & maintain “expert” knowledge of all Nielsen software products
- Help compile & maintain All product user knowledge base
- Liaise with corporate support centre
- Provide outstanding client service to both existing and new clients
- Maintain software help desk duties
- Assist with monthly creation of Ratecards, forecast files and packages;
- Run monthly Ad Hoc reports for clients;
- Receive, analyse & respond quickly to all client and industry queries
- Business development with both existing and new clients
- Attend & contribute to Industry meetings to stay abreast of industry developments
- Able to travel to service regional clients_)_

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- Minimum 1- 5 Media agency experience with a focus on Media Planning
- Familiarity with local media industry with focus on agencies and broadcasters
- Business development planning and execution
- Strong Business Acumen & problem solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent writing skills - ability to write to a variety of audiences (Executive Management, Clients,
- Operational Staff, and Technical staff)
- Ability to be creative, innovative, and thorough when answering media inquires
- Strong organisational skills and decision making ability
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Understanding of the buying and selling of media airtime trading
- Familiarity with Arianna and other media planning tools
