Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that inbound activities of the warehouse are done in compliance with company’s policies and vision, by ensuring that optimal material flow throughout the warehouse in the inbounding operations. Attend slotting meetings daily to ensure all urgent inbound items get actioned and feedback is given to planners.
- Provide continuous feedback to the Inbound Supervisor on inbound queries and assist in resolving queries as well as liaise with production and dispatch with regards to urgent inbound and shipping.
- Run the velocity report on an hourly basis and ensure that priority is on aging items for inbound. Maintain stock accuracy of not less than 98%.
- Assist in warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization (FIFO, Zoning etc)
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements at all times.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1-2 years experience in warehouse operations.
- Forklift drivers license.
