The expeditor will ensure that outstanding purchase orders are followed up continuously to ensure minimum stock outs and ensure stock arrives on time at the Chamdor warehouse.

Grade 12.

Skill in both verbal and written communication.

Microsoft office.

Syspro advantageous.

Maintain a record of outstanding purchase orders.

Ensure that quantity of items being delivered matches the purchase order.

Co-ordinate with the end user to avoid any delay in the procurement process

Coordinate made in jobs

Obtain ETAs on outstanding components and ensure completion of sales back-order report.

Communicate outstanding ETAs with branch administrators.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

RESPONSILIBITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Daily expediting of all sales orders.

Daily expediting of all requisitions.

Daily follow up with suppliers with regards to any delivery issues

Daily expediting of all WIP components
